Ruedi Shores Metropolitan District

The water system for Ruedi Shores is managed and maintained by Ruedi Shores Metropolitan District. Property owners receive a quarterly bill based on the monthly water meter reads.

Water conservation was a condition of our approval from Eagle County and we use a tiered rate structure in our billing to encourage water conservation.
Our system uses a spring and 2 wells and we have a 250,000 gallon storage tank.

Base rate for quarterly water usage:
Unconnected (availability of service)                        $75 flat fee
0-25,000 gallons                                                          $150.00 flat fee
25,000-45,000 gallons                                                $15 per 1,000 gallons
45,000 + gallons                                                            $50 per 1,000 gallons

Tap fee is $5000

As per Homeowner Management, we suggest turing off the water when away from home for long period of time. If you own a second home, its is advisable for you to hire a property manager.
